With my attention to detail, correction, and proper execution, you will strengthen weak areas, correct misalignments that lead to injury, and move through life with grace and ease.

A) Anyone, the course is tailored to your level.
Q) What do I need to have to take the class?
A) No purchase of expensive equipment is required. Nothing is needed for you to get started. As we progress I will be sending you links to purchase inexpensive props, such as Pilates balls, Pilates Magic Circle, bands, foam roller, SmartBells, etc.
Patty is using the reformer to improve:
Flexibility, Range of Motion, and the Core Connection.
If you have your own reformer I will customize your session for you.
